26 June 2017 income from 'fees from professional or technical service'(as per section 194 J) comes under which income head??? is it considered as salary or as income from other head??

26 June 2017 It depeds..(since it seems question is incomplete..)
PGBP head...if the professional servies are main source of income of assessee
Salalry head...if amount is received under employment
Other sources head..if any other case

28 July 2017 Dear Rashmi madam, as ITR 3 is applicable for proprietary business & profession, I do have income from partnership firm..so which ITR should I file??? ITR 2 or ITR 3???
