income from 'fees from professional or technical service'(as per section 194 J) comes under which income head??? is it considered as salary or as income from other head??

PGBP head...if the professional servies are main source of income of assessee
Salalry head...if amount is received under employment

Dear Rashmi madam,
as ITR 3 is applicable for proprietary business & profession, I do have income from partnership firm..so which ITR should I file??? ITR 2 or ITR 3???
