Dear Sir,
1) Is income from export business is taxable...??? however, i understand that previously it was tax free, but now i am not sure...!!! ??? pls clear my doubts.

it is taxable.
previously there was some deductions like 80HHC, 80HHE, 80HHF etc. But now these are withdrawl.
