Income for online trading from outside india is legal

03 June 2015 Sir, I am doing Forex trading in markets.com a UK based online trading company.
Is this trading income is legal in India? If so in which category this income take for filing income tax and is service tax is applicable for this income?

Sir please give me a reply for this question.
