Sir, I am doing Forex trading in markets.com a UK based online trading company.
Is this trading income is legal in India? If so in which category this income take for filing income tax and is service tax is applicable for this income?

yes it is legal. anyways, income-tax doesnt care about legality of income. service tax? I wonder how it comes into picture here...
