31 October 2014 In form INC 22 there is attachment of authorization of owner.

can someone explain how to take it or in which format it should be?
and whether it is mandatory for all companies?

31 October 2014 NOC from the owner of property which is used as an address of registered office of the Company Or Municipality tax receipt Or Sale deed Or Utility Bill

31 October 2014 Permission of the owner is mandatory(for all co's) if premises is not taken on lease.
It can be in a letter format addressed to the concerned ROC.
