I am started a new business could you please explain above forms INC Form22A and Form 20A can i filing these two forms for open my business ....?

Forms INC 22A and INC 20A are applicable only to companies incorporated under the Companies Act 2013. The applicability of the forms is as under:
Form INC 22A - to be filed by every Company Incorporated on or before 31/12/2017
Form INC 20A - a company incorporated on or after 02//11/2018, having share capital shall not commence its business or exercise any borrowing powers unless a declaration is filed by the directors within 180 days from date of incorporation of company in INC form 20A with the Registrar of Companies that ‘every subscriber to the MOA has paid the value of the shares agreed to be taken by him on the date of making of such declaration”

My company started last year august 2019 is incorporated Form 22A not required,
how can submit Form 20A it submit in online or offline

Form INC 20A is to be filed online and is to be certified by a Chartered Accountant or a Company Secretary. The form is to be filed within 180 days. File the form immediately.
