We have received the Approval for name from ROC.However the name approved was not the name for which first preference was given in INC-1.Now the client wants us to reject the approval given for that name and re-apply in INC-1.What is the procedure for the same?

Name allotted will get canceled automatically if not incorporated with in 60 days from the date of approval. No other procedure to cancel the approved name.
