IN MCA PORTAL, TALLY DATA IS MANDATORY FROM FY 2022-23

We have to file company's Balance Sheet and annual return data on MCA portal for the year 2022-23. but my CA told, it is mandatory to upload through tally export data or any other accounting software. otherwise he will not able to file it. please explain me what is the procedure.

You need to sign the audited financial statments with phyiscal or Digital Signture and these needs to be uploaded with MCA
