07 June 2013 my mother tounge is marathi and also I completed my Bcom last year in English mediuem , but I am scaring to speak in English language, how can I improve my communicative language any suggestion would u give me, for any self study books is to be reffered me

My tip for you:-

just think every think in english..forgot marathi and speak only in english speak in english with friends and do in touch with ca club forums and participate there
and more you practice you will get..
