IF YOU ARE EXCISEABLE UNIT THAN YOU CAN TAKE A CREDIT OF CUSTOM EXCEPT CUSTOME PAID @7.5% AND CESS THEREON. REST CUSTOM DUTY ,CESS, ADDITIONAL DUTY, ARE ELIGABLE TO TAKE CREDIT.
ALL OTHER EXP LIKE CLEARING FORWARDING, FREIGHT, INSUREANCE SHOULD BE CAPITALISED.
