Hi
There is nothing like important chapter, unimportant chapter in professional exam. You will get questions from any chapter as long as it is in the syllabus. Hence do not be choosy in preparing for exam. You have adequate time to prepare and hence start now itself and you will be in a position to cover all chapters. Focus on theory part and problem part equally, as theory also facilitates scoring good marks.

It is not a Undergraduate degree course or Plus two..
It is a professional course and that too you are going to write the examination after one year from now.
Take your time and prepare for knowledge..
Never be examination oriented from now itself....

Regarding the courses you can do... ICWA could be an option but if you feel that the duration is very long You can join a one year Certified Finance Manager Program or DR Prasanna Chandra's Institute.
