If i want t import soething from china,i have to pay the import duty in india, then what is the way to reduce the import duty in india?

Respected Sir,
I want to import " Power Bank", which is a mobile chrager used anywhere.
so i want to buy it from china and want to sell it in india.
whaether i can done it?
It is beneficiary to take EPCG Licence for it, as i want 100 pcs. every month ,which cost 800 per pcs.
