Import of software up-gradation by CD with IPR

19 August 2020 We are placing an import order on USA Software for customized and off the shelf CDs for up gradation of our systems. They will send CD thru' courier and not part with Intellectual property rights
What is customs duty=IGST obligation etc

20 August 2020 You have to pay custom duty and IGST on import of software in CDs as these being termed as goods.
