Pune branch has imported the services and bangalore branch has made payment to the foreigner. The service tax is also remitted by the Bangalore branch. is it correct?

As per service tax law it is correct but for accounting treatment how do you mannage?

Yes, however if you have input service distributer option then you can pay through any branch office.
