What are the Provisions in Income tax act, 1961 regarding Importation of Second hand plant in India.
Advise me if any tax saving idea u have on this transaction.
when import is made from a group Concern entity.

The actual cost incurred shall be regarded to be cost for depreciation purpose. (The restrictions, if any, are for SEZ and EOU, not for normal company transactions)
