Our Company is Planning to Import a Plant used in Our Group Concern outside India .
so what are the applicable laws in INDIA in all respect.
And what are the Tax impacts.
further any advise to save duty on transaction.

There is a requirement of NOC from the MOEF (ministry of environment and forests) that is required to be obtained before the custom clearance of 2nd hand capital goods.
