What is the procedure for Issuance of Import License for a person Importing Cosmetic Item.. And want to trade it Localy,

Please give me guidence as fast as possible

22 June 2013 Hi Expert Thank you for your Reply but it seems from Appedix 39A that it is for Export and not for IMPORT. Have tried to Search.. But Did't found...Please giude further
