1. Invoice
2. Certificate of Origin
3. Shipping Bill
4. Are-!, if manufacturer and registered under Central Excise Act
5. Foreign inward remittance certificate (FIRC)
6. importer Exporter Code

7. SDF form
8. Despatch documents like AWB/Courier receipt etc.

24 February 2011 Export and import documentation is a very wide subject. Certain details given earlier are only indicatitive. It needs wide study and understanding. There are number of forms for dfferent purposes. It is not easy to explain the full proccedure here.
