We are going to import the Latex shoes from Thailand. So for this have we pay 30% Import Duty +18% GST.

Yes, you have to customs along with IGST. And you can take credit of IGST.

Rates as per the customs, they will give you the Bill of entry along with duty+IGST as applicable.
