Plz tell me treatement of Duty charged in bill of entry.

Addl Duty
Customs edd cess
sec custom ed cess.

Addl duty and cutoms edd cess treate as excise duty on input
and sec custom ed cess would treate as exp.

From where i can get ruls about this

IN INDIA CUSTOM DUTY IMPOSES IN 1-98 CHAPTER WHICH IS MENTIONED IN CUSTOM TARIFF PLEASE PURCHASE CUSTOM TARIFF AND YOU CAN CHECK ABOUT THE DUTIES.
