27 January 2016 Our company is selling scrap and vendors depositing total amount of sale order in one go as per terms and conditions of sales order. Material lifted by the vendors in lots and accordingly challans / Invoice has been generated.
Kindly confirm at which stage TCS is applicable whether at the time to deposit of full amount or at the time of issue of invoice / challan.
