For instance a person is real estate agent in a small town of rajasthan who provides services of selling and purchasing residential properties or lands to individuals.
How his turnover will be calculated ?
Whether he needs to take regst ?

Total of commission received on sale or purchase will be his turnover. If such turnover exceeds 20 lacs for the year GST registration is required.
