pls clarify... what will be impact of GST on Excise. after GST will Excise still be levy or not,

29 May 2017 sir.... as per existing rule i will have to charge both excise on mfg as well as vat on sale

pls clarify will only one tax that is GST be levied on mfg as well as on sale

29 May 2017 After GST roll out you have charge CGST and SGST for intra state Supply and IGST in case of inter state Supply.In GST tax is to be paid on supply of goods and services and not manufacturing or sale. kindly see me video to understand the same. https://youtu.be/SALnvequJNw

29 May 2017 Yes one tax will be levied on both mfg as well as on sale. In case of 18% GST , CGST 9% payable to central Govt and 9% SGST payable to state Govt in one single invoice. Return to be filed to single authority.
