Can you pls tell me what will be the problem when there is delay in filing of ER-1 return as per excise act.

16 January 2012 Currently, ACES application allows filing Monthly/Quarterly Return for the Registered Manufacturers online who are accessing the ACES site through PCs / Internet Browsers.

ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE PAY RETURN 5TH OF THE MONTH WOTHOUT INTEREST.
