Is it necessary to register for articleship with in a certain time period after the results are declared or it can be done anytime???
and do we need to register for ca finals immediately after clearing ipcc or it can be done before six months of appearing the ca finals??

1. Yes it is necessary to register within 30 days of starting your article ship. The more delay you do in starting the articles the more will your final exam attempt will get delayed.

Finals registration can be done at anytime you want after you have cleared both groups of IPCC.

No it is not necessary to register for articleship with in a certain time period after the results are declared. It can be done afterwards.
However as per my understanding get yourself registered for ca finals without undue delay after clearing IPCC.
The due date of your final attempt is dependent on the final registration.

In other words you can delay starting your articleship. But after starting your articleship the same should be registered with ICAI with 30 days of starting of articleship.
