19 October 2017 thank you sir,

but while offsetting the igst itc against cgst and sgst tax liability even though i have cash and credit balance it will show your credit or cash balance not enough to offsetting the tax liability, after i have paid difference of igst amount then return filed, therefore i am asking igst input credit can utilize cgst and sgst tax liability
