20 September 2018 According to Notification No. 40/2017-Central Tax (Rate), merchant exporters can purchase goods at the rate of IGST 0.10% (CGST 0.05 + SGST 0.05). A registered supplier can supply goods at this rate to another registered exporter who is merchant exporter.
