Hi,
Please Answer my Question.
If i received service from transport Agency.
If they not add service tax amt in bill.
Then,.. who will responsible for service tax amount pay to Govt?
I'm waiting for reply.
Please reply as soon as possible.

If builty is received by you, then you would be liable for payment of service tax under reverse charge if you are a specified person. otherwise the service provider would be liable.
