25 January 2024 If Purchaser fails to pay the consideration amount for supply and declares as insolvent then also is it necessary that the supplier pay the gst amount for the said supply provided to to purchaser, the supplier has not even receive the amount of goods sold then also gst is liable to pay for the same

25 January 2024 In such a case GST will not be considered separately.

26 January 2024 IF i am not getting any amount from my vendor for the goods sold then is department liable to recover gst from me
