26 September 2014 respected experts ,

I am state govt employee , tds is deducted from my salary every year . will i have to file seperate income tax return ? i never filed an itr seperately . if should have , then will i have to file an itr for last 25 year .

help please.

26 September 2014 1. you should have filed the annual returns

2. now just file Form AY 2014-15 and 2013-14. Also when you login in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in website, check if any compliance notice has been issued to you or not for non-filing of past returns

26 September 2014 sir , will i have to file itr as an individual ?

will i have to registered in IT as a new user ? or should i demand my account information from my department ?

As i mentioned earlier , tds was deducted from my account , i also submitted all records related to my financial strength ( house , agri land , home , agri income ) to my office at the end of financial year , was it useless ??? should i demand my all documents and a complete record related to my tds deduction from my office so that i will use those record while filing ITR as an individual ?

26 September 2014 1. Yes you will have to pay as an Individual

2. take copy of Form 16 etc from your office

3. register as an user of income-tax webstite

4. you submitted information for TDS deduction. That doesn't mean you dont have to file the tax return.
