Dear Sir,
This qtrt i.e 3rd qtr our cenvat is excess than service tax i.e st.payable before cenvat 25744/- cenvat 38000 how to make payment and how to show in returns pls urgent sir
This qtrt i.e 3rd qtr our cenvat is excess than service tax i.e st.payable before cenvat 25744/- cenvat 38000 how to make payment and how to show in returns pls urgent sir

If your cenvat credit is more than S.T. Liability then do not deposit any Service tax. Same to be show in Service tax return, Credit adjusted agst. liability and excess carried forward to next Quater.

How we shall adjust if service tax liability is negative due to reversal of income and also there is cenvat credit available??
