My firm is controlled by my mother earlier retried 4 year past . Firm has IEC code active on her pan card and firm name .know she retire and I am owner as per gst registerion.know for export from firm to china required new code or do export on same cord.

Aplly for New IEC with your PAN. I think your firm is not an partnership firm.

My firm 4 year ago is partnerships now mother retires from partnerships but IEC code active on her pan number . But after GST firm is proprietor firm on my pan account
. So i needed new IEC code or continues on older no.

IEC is PAN based, if you don't have IEC against your PAN, you need to apply, if you have applied IEC for Firm than IEC code will be allotted against firm PAN, not on individual PAN Of Partners, Partner may be authorised signatory for Firm.
