10 September 2010 in customs in import valuation d handling charges r given a 1% of cif value n cif value =fob +transport +insurance
but in bangar they hv caluclates handling charges as 1% of transaction value +tranport+insurance is it right??

10 September 2010 Yes. Right, Transaction value meaning is FOB- free on board value only

10 September 2010 If condition of Rule 3 of import valuation Rules 2007 is satisfies then
FOB value = Transaction Value
