14 April 2011 1)i hve completed b.com with accounting hons dis yr. secured 80%.i hve also by dis tym attempted for cpt 2 times but failed with a diff of 3 marks.so now i am vry much tensed wht to do & hw to clr cpt?am joing icwai intermediate course dis tym.so plz can u suggest me sud i try for cpt now or concentrate on icwai inter?how to prepare for dis so dat i can clear it in a single chance...plz help me am feeling totally helpless...plz..plz..plz

2)can u plz suggest how to prepare for law ethics & auditing?

3)will scanners b helpful for me?if yes,which type of scanner?how to use a scanner so that i can get max adv out of it?

Very first congrats you for your good score in B.Com (H).
See as you wrote that you have failed twice in CPT, and that 's why you want to enroll for ICWA .What you will do if you can' crack ICWAI intermediate ?
Nothing need to worried about just relax and find out where you are making mistakes and work on that . People will only suggest you but you have to do something to come out with this situation .
As i believe that only through study will help you coz in cpt you knowledge about syllabus being tasted .
Further more instead of solving number of some try to understand the topics more clearly for that you can take help of some good books .
As far as law paper are concerned you make a note of your self while studying the books , write down all provisions , topic-wise and other important points and recall all that on regular basis.

If you want to register for ICWAI it can be done while you are pursuing ICAI .
May all this will help you some extend .

14 April 2011 aap log itni jaldi depress kyun ho jate ho. aapko CA-CPT ka try khrna cahiye.

firstly you should focus on CWA-Inter then go for cpt.
solved scanner is very helpfull in CWA-Inter.
