PLEASE HELP ME ....IS IT NECESSARY TO ATTEND GD/BC SEMINAR BEFORE FILLING EXAMINATION FORM ???????????? ITS URGENT

Yes it is compulsory to attend GD/BC before filing exam form.
However this answer is regarding ICWAI INTER EXAMS.
