Hi
I am student of icwa final stage 4.
I am Working in Private company on 1 year as a trainee on stipend and after on year i will get salary.
which form i should submit to Institute for claiming exemption from practical training .
please reply as soon as possible.
Last date of submitting form is 30th sept 2014
please reply me .
i called my chapter but they didn't give any satisfactory ans

You have to submit Form T2 & T3 with two DD one is rs. 1000 & second one is rs. 2000 with Experience Certificate Duly signed by Competent Authority & in Experience Certificate you have to specially mentioned the area of work which you are looking after.

but madam of our chapter said that i have to submit form t 5 as i m working as trainee.
and when i go through the same form they ask for empelement number of organisation.
the company where i work is not registered with icwai
so how can i get that number from my company
