i want to learn service tax/TDS/MVAT/Cess.
who to calculate & return file procedure,
if any classes is their or any other way to learn kindly let me know?

but i am very serious to learn pls. help?

25 May 2013 if you have ever read any book on law.. or you have read basic laws like contract act or income tax act,,.

in that case read books available for ca/cs exams, after asking any of your ca/cs friend etc.. in those books law is clarified in author's own language. once u got perfect in that then read actual law and taxman etc.

in case you have never read any law before..
take class of any indirect tax and then start studying urself..
be patient it will take time to learn the law and then apply it in practically..

it would be better if you will join some company or ca firm as a learner.. this will help you understanding these things practically too.
