i.T. Return filed twice......

19 March 2010 A.Y. 2009-10 I.T. Return filed manually to the I.T.O. got lost.... of Mr.x
so he filed his I.T. Return again but electronically and submitted the acknowledgment to banglore through ordinary post.
Both the return were ticked and filed as ORIGINAL. (mean the later was not as revised)

would that do or it will create any problem.

19 March 2010 yes, you can filed again if lost. but one thing you also can do is that, you can make an application of lost of IT return to ITO ward AO with indicating A.Y and demand a copy of Return for this purpose.
even you have done right way
