I want to know that
Does an assessee is liable to file an IT Return only by his PAN Address or he can file by giving other address????

if he can file by other address than which jurisdiction is applicable on him..... address given in PAN Card or address given in IT Return.....

22 July 2013 1)income tax ward will be as per your pan record..can be verified as below

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourJurisdictionLink.html

2)yes you can give any address, it will be okay,,it is just correspondence address

Please note it is not mandatory to provide "ward no." it will come automatically incase of e-filing
