Any body advice us we have incoropate the pvt ltd. Co. dt 06.10.2010 but since incorop i.tax return not filed till date kya previous years ki return filed ho sakti hai ??? if yes wht the penality .

No, u can file return upto 12-13 of previous return. And if u wana file previous years return u have to take permission of the Jurisdictional Officer.
