I m getting a salary of rs 13500/- in cash but no deductions

01 March 2015 Dear sir,
I m getting monthly salary in Rs 13500/- in cash but no deduction are been made and asked my manager for Pf & ESIC .He said that there is no such rule in LTD Co.

Please help me out on this matter

01 March 2015 Pf and ESIC rules are applicable to Ltd Co. Contact your area Pf and ESIC office they will enforce deduction if applicable.

01 March 2015 They are paying in cash, so please before doing that, make sure u have one proof that u belong to that company.
