Dear sir, I m getting monthly salary in Rs 13500/- in cash but no deduction are been made and asked my manager for Pf & ESIC .He said that there is no such rule in LTD Co.

Pf nd esic are applicabke as their respective act. Both act may not b applicable to ur company. You can consult with company's accountant.
