Dear sir,
I m getting monthly salary in Rs 13500/- in cash but no deduction are been made and asked my manager for Pf & ESIC .He said that there is no such rule in LTD Co.
Please help me out on this matter

Pf and ESIC rules are applicable to Ltd Co. Contact your area Pf and ESIC office they will enforce deduction if applicable.

They are paying in cash, so please before doing that, make sure u have one proof that u belong to that company.

Pf nd esic are applicabke as their respective act. Both act may not b applicable to ur company. You can consult with company's accountant.
