30 July 2011 good evening to all expert
plz tell me that if I m from chennai but now I m doing job at uttarakhand(kashipur). When I will fill my return than in ward circle column of sajah itr 1 which ward circle I will wrote. If I will wote my circle than it will right or wrong.while I m submit my return at kashipur income tax office plz help. what i will wrote in ward circle column

31 July 2011 First of all you need not to worry as your
tax has been deducted already and you may not require to pay any tax.

If you have tax payment liability , you can pay it by paying Simple Interest @ 1% p.m. on amount of tax payable for the period of delay.

The information may be kept blank and while you visit local Income Tax Office you can ask there. They will really help you in this matter.

In case of e filing, you can file your return at old address.

The third and last option, you can send it
by courier to any of your friends who can go to Chennai IT office for filing the return.

And Last option- Make a program of Chennai by taking leave of one week and stay with your family there for 3 days. Do not forget to file the return before leaving Chennai.
