Dear Expert,
One is my colleague issued two pan card and using both form 16 issued on old Pan card and applied load another pan card
now they wand to surrender one pan card what is the procedure for this and is there any problem in old record
Please advise sir.

1. Surrender one PAN card using the prescribed form available website.
