I file by mistake 109 insted 108 for articleship completion

Article completion-25/08/2014
109 filed mumbai office-28/08/2014 and reached at 1/9/2014
But now there was my mistake .so what to do now.
According to me (1) 108 form filed & send to Mumbai (2) delay 31 to 180 days so 300rs draft but i want to know on which name draft .
????
Right??
