can you explain more about this topic
no partnership cab be made between husband and wife in eyes of laws unless some other person is also included as other partner

IT IS NOT CORRECT TO SAY THAT NO PARTNERSHIP CAN BE MADE BETWEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS PER PARTNERSHIP ACT.
