30 August 2017 The Son is receiving gifts (immovable property) from his parents. He wants to do tax planning by taking the property in HUF so that he can show the rental income earned in HUF to save tax. What are the legal procedures?
Should he transfer in his name and show rental income in HUF? Or
Should he need to get transfer property in the name of HUF and show rental income in HUF?
