My query is regarding HUF of Professional

My client is a Doctor (MBBS). And he has created his HUF immediately after his marriage. Recently he have a discovered a business idea (which is totally different from his Profession). So he want to start that business. So whether he can register his new business under his HUF? And file GST and IT returns thereof?

26 June 2018 If he is Karta, then it may not be permissible by Medical Council. Hence firstly confirm this. If okay, then definitely can be commenced and GST registration can be availed, IT PAN is already there, hence no need to take further.

Yes Sir he is Karta of HUF, but the duty of Karta is executed by his wife. For instance signing Cheques, placing order, signing returns, attending before any Authority and etc. So here will there be any issue ?
