01 August 2014 Whether huf can continue after karta's death? Whether it consist of only his widow and his daughter, then who can become a karta of huf? And whether widow can not became a karta, then huf can be continue or not?

01 August 2014 Yes, HUF can continue even after the death of Karta. In your case, widow may become karta of the HUF by the operational of Law. (there are various judgement for and against this subject). If you do not want to involve in litigation, elect the widow or any of members as MANAGER OF HUF (with consent of all members).
