AND THEY CAN OPEN BANK ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF HUF. HUSBAND AND WIFE CREATED HUF AND THEY RECEIVED PAN FROM IT DEPATMENT IF GO FOR A BANK FOR OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF HUF THE BANK OFFICIAL ARE REJECTING WIFE CAN NOT CO PARCER. IS IT TRUE? IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE TO SHOW THE BANK PEOPLE IN THIS REGARD. PLEASE CLARIFY IMMEDIATELY
You may try with other bankers as it is very difficult to convince them.
