can we give to my wife some portion of capital of my father`s huf while we make full partition of huf.

No , as she is not a coparcener, she can't be given any property of HUF in the event of Partition.
However, if other coparceners agree, you can take that part in your name.

As per Hindu Law you cannot give any portion in excess of their legal right but if the other members agree then it is possible.In full partition any amount can be given to any member with reasoning. Instead you make a family settlement of all properties and then go for full partition
