can we do bussiness of software under HUF?? Is there any restricted business which we cant carry under HUF?? please ans at casonalisoni@gmail.com

You can carry on ANY business under a HUF. There is NO restriction on the business that can be carried on by a HUF.
The only restriction is that the business should NOT be illegal.

A client of mine is into software services business to foreign customers. Developing softwares and designing website etc.
Is there any law that the HUF member cannot provide this service directly and have to keep staff for to provide this services??

Simply you execute an agreement between the HUF and the software company for developing software on behalf of HUF. At the same time you get the HUF registered under the VAT, CST and take the Municipal Licence with payment of professional tax and then you are free to do any business. For export you have to take import and export registration with code number.
